Adding semi-private yoga sessions to your physical therapy office's offerings is a great way to give your business a competitive advantage. With the growing popularity of yoga in PT offices, you can trust that your patients are in experienced hands with Next Steps Yoga. We have been integrating PT and yoga for years, and have found that patients who attend yoga in addition to PT have a better understanding of their bodies and willingness to put in the work to get better.

Next Steps Yoga uses yoga as a tool for education and empowerment. Some students just need to go slow, re-educate their bodies and get comfortable with modifying ways of moving. Others need tried-and-true techniques to return to when an injury starts to flare back up. Through experience and communication with the physical therapists in your practice, Next Steps Yoga is committed to providing the perfect yoga experience for your patients.
